At Aspen Management, we recently transitioned from a manual field data collection system to a fully digital platform using BambooHR for project tracking and payroll. This upgrade allows for real-time cloud based data reporting to the main office, significantly improving efficiency and accuracy. As a result, the company has a measurable return on their investment of approximately $65,000 annually in front office salaries while enabling team members to dedicate more time to billable tasks instead of paperwork. There are also hidden savings that are hard to quantify due to much more accurate data collection.

Aspen Management oversees the property management of 12 homeowners associations (HOA’s) valued at approximately $5 billion. Significant advances have also been made in automating collections and work order management with integrated mobile apps. We have streamlined collections and architectural requests with association specific forms and templates. This has also greatly reduced the need for calling homeowners, more office salary savings, who are late in payments or need forms which are now online for them. I am very involved in the development and maintenance of the new homeowner website, accounting system software, and mobile applications.
